HAIR ACCESSORY OPTIONS
Flowers
We love this chart for showing brides’ different hairstyles for their wedding. Once you pick out the style, it can easily be customized with jewelry or flowers.
Here are some examples of using flowers to add a whimsical texture to an updo.
It is always best to ask your florist for some extra flower clippings the morning of your wedding. That way your stylist can customize a look just for you and your bridesmaids.

Hair Jewelry
Adding a small or large vintage clip can enhance the classic and romantic feel of your hairstyle. Hair jewelry can be placed on the side or in the back of your hair. They are a great accent piece to updos and half-up hairstyles.
Our team comes prepared with a variety of hairpieces that are available to use on your wedding morning. A rule of thumb is to match the stones that are in your dress or jewelry you are wearing, i.e. pearls, crystals, etc.

AVOID BEING TOO TRENDY
The current trend seems to braids…but as the bride, try and opt for a more classic style that you won’t regret in 10 years. You can still achieve a trendy style but opt for getting twists, curls, or a messy knot. If you like the more classic style, you can never go wrong with a modified chignon.
AVOID BEING TOO TRENDY
It is highly recommended that you consider buying hair extensions for your wedding. MAJORITY of “wedding hair” pinterest pictures use additional hair to make your style appear more voluminous and full. Extensions can also add length to your hair, to achieve longer styles. With so many options now on the Internet, it is easy to find inexpensive clip ins and tracks.
The key is to find multicolor extensions, not hair that’s one solid shade. Find an extension brand that offers multilevel coloration—this means that each shade features seven to 11 different colors, which are hand-blended to look totally natural, just like your own hair.
Make sure you set up a consultation or trial run with your hair stylist so they can advise you on the extensions that would be the best for the hairstyle you chose for your wedding.
CLEAN DRY HAIR
Contrary to what we were told in the past….it is ALWAYS recommended to show up with clean, dry hair on the wedding day. Wedding hair stylists always show up with dry shampoo and texturizing products that can easily “dirty” your hair for curls and styles to stay put.
“It is much easier to dirty clean hair, than to make dirty hair look clean.”
This advice is for the entire bridal party!!
