Do you have a Sanitation Policy in place?
Yes. Our entire team follows a Sanitation Policy to ensure our products and tools are safe for all our clients. Please let us know if you would like our policy emailed to you.
Do you have a minimum requirement for services?
We service all wedding sizes. We do not have a minimum requirement to do a wedding. We enjoy everything from eloping Brides to large Bridal parties. However, if the number of services are below a certain amount, an additional fee may apply.
Can you handle large wedding parties, 10+ people?
Yes. We have over 40 stylists on our team, both makeup artists and hairstylists, so we can service large Bridal Parties with plenty of notice.
Do you travel outside the Charleston area?
Yes. Our Bride pricing includes travel around Charleston. If the wedding exceeds this parameter, an additional fee may apply.
Do you require a contract and retainer?
Yes. We require $300 of the total contract amount in order to book our team. The remainder is due 4 weeks prior to the event. Payment plans are available.
What form of payments do you accept?
We use an online booking system that handles all proposals, contracts and payments. It accepts all major credit cards and bank payments.
Do you offer trial runs for Brides and other bridal party members?
Yes. We take appointments at our studio for Bridal Trial Runs. We also have Bridal Packages that include a trial run. Attendant trial runs are available per request.
Do you use airbrush makeup?
Yes. Airbrush is sheer but buildable coverage (so no heavy or cakey makeup feel), long-wear, transfer, and water-resistant. It absorbs into your skin versus sits on top of it, helping your skin to stay hydrated. It is also more sanitary and faster to apply. It is also a more natural look and feel. We also offer Traditional makeup for more full coverage and glam look.
Should I wash my hair before the wedding?
Yes. It is always recommended to have clean, dry hair the morning of the wedding. Our stylists come with texturizing products to help with hold.
Do you have a location or studio?
Yes. We are located in the Faber House Mansion in downtown Charleston. We are by appointment only and do not have specified hours for drop-ins. We use the space for consultations and trials. We also have a bridal suite and grooms lounge available to rent as a getting ready location. We operate our rentals on a first come, first serve basis.
